01 — Sound familiar

Where the paperwork gets stuck.

Founder agreements, NDAs, offer letters and company documents. Here's what usually gets in the way, and what changes.

  • The founder agreement keeps slipping

Everyone agrees on roles and vesting over coffee, and nobody writes it down until it matters.

  • Every NDA is a new document

Each investor or partner conversation starts with finding last month's NDA and changing the names by hand.

  • Company paperwork arrives at once

A new director, a name change, the first option grant: each needs a document and signatures, usually this week.

02 — How it works

How startups & founders use JustDocs.

Four steps, from the first draft to the signed copy on file.

  1. 01

    Answer the questionnaire

The legal questionnaire drafts the founder agreement, NDA, offer letter or a company document from your answers, for your state.

  2. 02

    Review the draft

Read it through, change your answers to redraft it, or edit the text directly.

  3. 03

    Everyone signs online

Send it to co-founders, advisors or your first hire. Each person signs from their own link, and you see who's done.

  4. 04

    Keep the company record

Signed documents and their certificates stay together, ready for the next diligence request.

03 — From the library

Documents ready to start from.

Each one becomes your own copy to complete and edit before you send it. Unless an entry says it has been professionally reviewed, it hasn't.

04 — Built in

Made for the way you work.

The same workspace for every document: write, upload, send, sign and keep.

  • A questionnaire that drafts

Answer plain questions about roles, vesting and terms, and the questionnaire drafts the document for your state.

  • Company documents when you need them

LLC formation, board consents, charter amendments, stock option grants and more are in the library, sold one document at a time.

  • Review advised, said plainly

Documents with legal weight are marked review advised. JustDocs isn't a law firm; have a lawyer check what matters.

05 — Questions

Startups & founders questions.

Is the founder agreement free?

Yes. The founder agreement, NDA, offer letter and consulting agreement are included. Company and equity documents, such as LLC incorporation, board consents and stock option grants, are sold per document, at $39–$99 each, on any plan.

Are the documents specific to my state?

The questionnaire asks for your state and drafts for it. Laws differ, so documents with legal weight are marked review advised.

Can my co-founder sign from their phone?

Yes. Each signer gets a private link and signs in the browser, without an account.

Does JustDocs file anything with the state?

No. JustDocs drafts documents and collects signatures; filings stay with you or your attorney.

Is this legal advice?

No. JustDocs is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Have a lawyer review documents that carry legal weight.
