01 — Sound familiar
Where the paperwork gets stuck.
Vendor forms, W-9s, acknowledgments and waivers, collected and signed. Here's what usually gets in the way, and what changes.
Forms come back half filled in
You email a PDF, it comes back without the tax ID, and the follow-up takes longer than the form did.
Policies are signed once, then lost
Someone acknowledged the handbook last year. Where that signature is now is anyone's guess.
Every new vendor is a scramble
The W-9, the vendor form and the service agreement each go out separately, from whoever remembers.
02 — How it works
How small businesses use JustDocs.
Four steps, from the first draft to the signed copy on file.
- 01
Pick the forms
Start from the library: the vendor information form, the IRS Form W-9, acknowledgments, waivers and approval forms.
- 02
Ask for the details
A details request sends a form link for exactly what you need. Review the answers before anything is signed, or send it straight to signing.
- 03
Remind without the inbox
Each request shows who has opened what. Send a reminder from the request; one goes out a day at most.
- 04
Keep it on file
Signed documents stay with their requests and certificates, and you can find them by name.
03 — From the library
Documents ready to start from.
Each one becomes your own copy to complete and edit before you send it. Unless an entry says it has been professionally reviewed, it hasn't.

04 — Built in
Made for the way you work.
The same workspace for every document: write, upload, send, sign and keep.
- Details requests
Collect a vendor's or customer's details through a form link, and their answers fill the document they sign.
- Official forms, fields placed
The IRS Form W-9 comes with its fields already placed; the payee fills it in and signs it in the browser.
- Requests that don't sit forever
Requests expire, can be withdrawn, and send at most one reminder a day.
05 — Questions
Small businesses questions.
Can a vendor fill in their own details?
Yes. A details request sends them a form link; their answers fill the document, and you can review them before it goes out for signature.
Is the W-9 the official IRS form?
Yes. The library's W-9 Request is the IRS Form W-9 with its fields placed for the payee. JustDocs collects and signs it; it doesn't file anything with the IRS.
Do the people I send to need an account?
No. They open a private link on any device and sign for free.
Can I use the forms I already have?
Yes. Upload any PDF, place signature, date, checkbox and text fields on it, and save it as a template.
What does it cost?
